How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within the UK takes up to 14 days from dispatch. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package with the courier.


What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 14 days:

  • Check the delivery address you provided
  • Check with neighbours or household members

If non-delivery is confirmed, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement item.


Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order before it has been processed and dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is treated as a return request under our Returns & Refunds Policy.


How do I return an item?

To return an item, contact info@homeydecor.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Only authorised returns will be accepted. Return shipping may be covered by Homey Decor if the item is faulty, damaged, or not delivered.


What items cannot be returned?

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used bedding or soft furnishings
  • Personalised or customised items
  • Clearance or final sale products

Items can be returned if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


Can I request a replacement?

Yes. Replacement items are available if your order is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Exchanges for colour or design preferences are not offered.


How are refunds processed?

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.


Can I dispute a charge through my bank?

Yes. Customers may initiate a chargeback through their bank or card issuer if a transaction is unauthorised or not fulfilled.
We kindly request contacting Homey Decor first at info@homeydecor.co.uk to resolve the issue directly. Misuse of chargebacks may result in evidence being provided to the bank, and future orders may be suspended.
